Laila Nahari earned her bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition from King Abdulaziz University in 2011. She holds a master’s in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Queens College, the City University of New York (2016) and is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Birmingham. With a successful teaching career at the University of Taif (2016–2017) and the University of Tabuk (2017–present), Laila served as the head of the Nutrition Department from 2017 to 2018. Laila has one publication derived from her thesis on Physical Education.
